Hector Baldonado, Esq.
Hector Baldonado is on a mission to empower exceptionally talented people, especially those that come from marginalized communities. As founding partner and principle attorney of The Baldonado Group, P.C. he is well known in the entertainment industry as a fierce negotiator who pushes hard and closes complex, lucrative deals for his clients, a list that includes music superstars, record labels, and various entertainment companies. For Baldonado and his team, however, success boils down to one crucial thing, "I change people's lives for the better," he says.
Baldonado attended Fordham University School of Law, and founded his practice in 2002. He believes that experience growing up in a low-income neighborhood in Colon, Panama allows him to relate to many of his clients who have been raised in poverty, but now find themselves navigating world-shifting opportunities and corporate settings that may seem intimidating at first. "I'm hopeful that even if some of my clients don't become the biggest artists in the world, these new opportunities will give them the mindset that they're not ever going backwards," Baldonado says. "They will only want to go forward, do the right things the right way, and maintain success for themselves and their families."
The Baldonado Group, P.C. has represented numerous high-profile clients, including Moneybagg Yo, Juice Wrld, and Trippie Redd. Hector has also negotiated the sales of record labels, publishing companies, merchandising companies, talent/booking agencies and management companies. As an attorney who primarily works with artists, Hector's approach is to hone in on the creative nature of his job. "I like to be a bit more artistic in how I work," he explains, "I have to be able to really interact with clients, give them my opinion, and make it clear that there's more to the law than just the transaction."

Tiffany Morgan, Esq.
As an Associate Attorney with The Baldonado Group, Tiffany brings an exciting and diverse skill set to The Baldonado Group. She is a seasoned negotiator, with a decade of experience handling all aspects of content creation, production, and distribution. Tiffany’s primary focus is on the negotiation, drafting and review of complex agreements that protect and promote her clients’ business interests including, among others: recording agreements, music publishing agreements, content licenses, side artist agreements, producer agreements, sponsorship agreements and distribution agreements. Her specialty lies in closing the kinds of deals that require creative problem-solving, where Tiffany can apply her own experiences and professional empathy to concoct an arrangement that both sides can agree to. Beyond her dealmaking skills, Tiffany provides immense value to the firm’s clients through her tireless work ethic and sage counsel. During her time at The Baldonado Group, in various roles, Tiffany has worn every hat imaginable; whenever a client needs market research, an event planned, funding for a new venture, or advice they can trust on any matter, they know they can turn to Tiffany. She has been part of The Baldonado Group team since 2009 in various roles as she worked her way through law school. Immediately after law school, Tiffany worked for the New York State of Information Technology Services as a New York State Excelsior Service Fellow, where she dedicated her time to helping disabled persons secure accommodations from the appropriate state agencies, until she rejoined the firm as an attorney in 2018. Tiffany earned her BA from St John’s in 2009 where she majored in legal studies, her JD from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in 2017 and was admitted to the New York State Bar Association in 2018.
